The moon is not the only one who's lost some little ones, family, friends, ect.
The moon is not the only one who is angry. It's too bad the army has found a sure way to keep pokemon from using their powers to open their pokeballs or else they'd have given them a piece of their mind a long time ago. Literally.

All it would take is to open one pokeball. Just one. Then it would have become a madhouse. A bloodbath. And with all the expert handlers gone off to battle, no can stop them. The recruits are practically fodder. These pokemon are not going to listen to anyone. These pokemon are too powerful. Gym badges have yet to exist folks. If you're going to train your own pokemon to crazy high levels, you better damn well make sure they will obey you.
